Warning to Our Churches

WARNING TO OUR CHURCHES by Bishop William Nicholson
A prophetic word from North Carolina today, which got me thinking about what God says in Hebrews 12:25-29 that is a warning to the Churches that are undergoing turmoil and the fact the God is in the business of “removal”.  The AncMC is not the only one; there are several others in Anchorage and around Alaska going through much of the same, as well as a Church I know very well in Honduras, a country I’ve become acquainted with.
In Hebrews 12:25-29 it says: 25 See that you do not refuse him who is speaking. For if they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, much less will we escape if we reject him who warns from heaven. 26 At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” 27 This phrase, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of things that are shaken—that is, things that have been made—in order that the things that cannot be shaken may remain. 28 Therefore let us be grateful for receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, and thus let us offer to God acceptable worship, with reverence and awe, 29 for our God is a consuming fire.”
God is literally shaking the foundations of his Church today around the world. Through this difficulty God is revealing and removing what He does not need to run His end-day Church. God is warning folks that are causing problems in the Church and if they do not repent, He will remove them out of the way. Those of the Church that God does not want, he will remove.
God is a consuming fire and the scriptures are true that judgment must begin in the house of God first, and it is happening, today. This is made clear in I Peter 4:17. The New International Version (NIV) says, 17 For it is time for judgment to begin with God’s household; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?
Amen, Dear God do your work! We wait upon thee. For those that are convicted by your Holy Spirit may this bring unity, love, and total healing, In Christ name. Amen.
